Rural Bank of Silay City (RB Silay) is on a mission to serve the unbanked and underbanked sector on a country wide-level. 

As an established rural bank, RB Silay aims to become the Philippine leader in mobile banking and sustainable community financial services for hard-working families. We shall leverage technology to empower the lives of overseas Filipinos, small entrepreneurs, freelancers, and farmers. 

RB Silay has been in the banking business providing agricultural and salary loans within its community for over 60 years. We shall go through an exciting rebranding and digital transformation to grow, expand, and serve the rest of the Philippines; eventually reaching coverage where 90% of Philippine GDP reside through national expansion.
